SPECIAL NOTE :
1) IF PARTICIPANT IS COMING ON HIS OWN -
* Web Confirmation/Email of All Events - it should clearly show your Booking ID and Name.
* SMS with bib no received from the organizers (you may not receive this sms if your mobile is registered under DND services).
* Participant can show the confirmation phone and need not get a print out.
•Any photographic identity proof.
2) IF REPRESENTATIVE IS COMING ON BEHALF OF A PARTICIPANT -
* Authorization letter in hard copy print.
* A photographic identity proof of the person collecting the kit on behalf of the registered participant.
* A representative can collect kit for multiple participants.
3) IMPORTANT -
* No BIB/Race Kit will be given on any other date or time outside the Bib distribution dates of the event.
* No BIB/Race Kit will be given on the event day i.e 24th November, 2024
